Who we are

Canary Wharf Physio is operated by UNTIL CW Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), part of the UNTIL group, at Unit 7, 30 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HX. Our data controller contact is memberships@until.co.uk.

How this site works, and who holds your records

This website is an enquiry route. When you get in touch, your enquiry goes to UNTIL's Health Concierge, who match you with a physiotherapist practising at UNTIL Canary Wharf. Practitioners at UNTIL are independent clinicians running their own practices.

That distinction matters for your data. We are the controller for the enquiry you submit through this site. Once you are matched and begin treatment, the treating physiotherapist becomes the controller of your clinical record, and their own privacy notice applies to it. We will tell you who you have been matched with, and you can ask them for that notice directly.

What personal data we collect

• Contact details you provide when enquiring (name, email, phone)
• A short description of what you are seeking help with, so we can match you appropriately
• Your preferred location and availability
• Website analytics: only after you accept the consent banner, via PostHog (EU region). We capture page views and clicks on enquiry buttons. We never capture form-input text, names, addresses, or any clinical detail.

We do not collect clinical records through this website. Please do not send detailed medical information through the enquiry form; your physiotherapist will take a full history at your first appointment.

Lawful basis

We process your enquiry on the basis of legitimate interests, namely responding to a request you have made of us, and where you have given consent for analytics. Where your enquiry necessarily includes health information, we process it on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Clinical records created by your treating physiotherapist are held by that practitioner, who is required to retain adult health records for 8 years from the date of last treatment under HCPC standards.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is shared with the UNTIL Health Concierge team and, once a match is proposed, with the physiotherapist we are introducing you to. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. No advertising cookies and no retargeting pixels run on this site.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Contact memberships@until.co.uk to exercise any of these. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
